Leadership Coaching
I provide one-on-one coaching service to leaders and emerging leaders who seek to become more effective and fulfilled at work and in life. Most of my clients face a transitional point in their professional and personal lives where new skills and capabilities need to be developed in order to achieve sustainable success. My goal is to enable my clients to build new capabilities that are sustainable after the coaching program ends. Career coaching
I work mainly with professionals, many with advanced degrees and MBAs, to obtain positions that are aligned with their values and passion which will bring long-term fulfillment and joy to their lives. I work with my clients to uncover their purposes in life, identify suitable career options and create plans to achieve their career goals. My goal is not to help my clients land the "hottest" jobs out on the market, but to catapult them into a career path that is true to who they are and will bring them the most personal fulfillment and long-term success. I work with my clients throughout the entire search/transition process, from personal branding to offer negotiation.
Group work, change management and consulting
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I also design group coaching workshops and provide organizational consulting services to companies and organizations that seek to improve their team effectiveness, organizational culture, communication strategy and organizational design.
